his arrangement was an attempt to take the lighthearted splendor the original composition had, and pairing it with my own personal love for chiptune music (specifically the music of the NES). Originally the arrangement was just a direct conversion of the music into a chiptune setting, but then it felt appropriate to have the music ramp up in a manner similar to the original composition by way of incorporating acoustic instruments into the fold (namely chromatic percussion, strings, drums, and the like). This, I feel, created a listening experience that stands as an example of how well chiptune and acoustic instruments can fuse together as a whole.
